Yes, here we are again — another announcement about shipping changes. We know you've likely received similar notices recently, and we appreciate you taking the time to read ours.
As you may know, the De Minimis policy will be suspended on August 29th. Like many brands, Ctactical is directly affected, with nearly 50% of our customers based in the United States. To continue serving you while maintaining our commitment to quality and fair business practices, we must implement changes effective August 29th, 2025.
Why This Matters to You
Our philosophy has always been "bags for everyone" at a fair price — a balance that serves everyone:
- A fair price for you that matches the real value you receive
- A fair margin that sustains our factory and the skilled craftspeople who make each bag
Let's be clear: "fair price" has never meant "cheap price." We never compromise on quality or cut corners to reduce costs.
What's Changing & Why
With De Minimis gone, we now face approximately 40% in new tariffs (20% import duty + 20% IEEPA tax on Vietnamese goods). To maintain our operations while keeping prices as reasonable as possible:
✅ 5-10% product price increase (effective August 29th, 2025)
This helps offset the massive new tariffs while allowing us to maintain quality and support our team.
✅ $17 Duty Tax Processing Fee for DHL Express shipments
This is a direct pass-through of fees charged by DHL (we receive no portion of this fee).
✅ Shipping fee reductions of $5-10 for non-US customers
We recognize the global price increase affects markets outside the US, so we're offsetting this with reduced shipping costs for our international customers.

Q: Why increase prices globally when only US customers are affected by De Minimis?
A: The tariff impacts our entire supply chain. However, we're reducing shipping fees for non-US customers to help balance this effect.
