Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • Origin: We are a Vietnamese manufacturer of backpacks and tactical gear. All orders are dispatched directly from Vietnam.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sundays).

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within one (1) business day. This excludes weekends, public holidays, and/or pre-order items. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

  • Holiday Schedules: Any delays due to public holidays or special events will be announced in advance via our official social media channels.

  • Carriers: We utilize DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx at our discretion unless a specific alternative is mutually agreed upon.

  • Time Zone: Please note that our team operates in Vietnam. All processing times, holidays, and support hours follow Vietnam Time (GMT+7). Please consider this time difference regarding any potential delays in communication.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer two international shipping tiers from Vietnam:

1. Express Shipping (DHL Express)

For customers prioritizing speed, DHL Express is the premium choice. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of payment. This service includes DHL’s ODD (On-Demand Delivery), which significantly reduces the risk of failed deliveries by offering:

  • Flexible rescheduling of delivery dates.

  • Vacation hold (up to 30 days).

  • Address change options.

  • Leave with a neighbor or in a safe place.

  • Self-collection at local DHL Service Points.

  • Real-time SMS and/or email notifications regarding your delivery window.

2. Economy Shipping (USA & Singapore Only)

This cost-effective option is exclusively available for the U.S. and Singapore markets due to high order volume.

  • How it works: Small individual orders are consolidated into a bulk shipment and sent to our hubs in the U.S. or Singapore. Once they arrive, they are deconsolidated and handed over to local carriers for final delivery.

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 15-21 business days from the date of payment.

  • Tracking: Tracking numbers will become active only after the shipment arrives at the destination country (typically 3-7 days after leaving Vietnam).

Shipping Refunds & Cancellations:

  • Full Refund: Shipping fees are fully refundable along with the product price if the package has not yet left our warehouse.

  • Non-refundable: Shipping fees cannot be refunded once the package has departed from our facility in Vietnam. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to change your mind.

  • Group Buys & Bulk Orders: If you are placing a large order or organizing a group buy, please contact us directly. We will work with you to find the most efficient and cost-effective shipping solution tailored to your group's needs.

  • Order Consolidation: If you place multiple individual orders within a short timeframe, please reach out to us to consolidate them into one shipment. We will process this promptly and refund the excess shipping costs saved through consolidation.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Carrier Liability: Once a package leaves our facility and is handed over to the carrier, it is no longer under our direct control. Both CTactical and the customer must rely on the tracking information provided by the carrier’s system.

  • Estimated Delivery: All delivery timeframes provided online are estimates only.

  • Taxes & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in their country. CTactical is not liable for these charges.

  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays or packages held by local customs authorities. However, we will provide all necessary support within our capacity to help resolve the issue.

  • Remote Areas: In rare cases, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote territories may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

  • Service Limitations: Some countries/territories may not be supported by international carriers. This is beyond our control. If you have questions regarding your specific location, we can provide carrier-specific information upon request.
