Return Policy / Warranty Policy
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange (if due to CTactical) within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are sent via email).
- The product is new, unused and in original condition with all original hang tags and packaging.
- Inclusive of all the accompanied accessories: straps, buckles, etc.
- Make sure that you have removed your personal stuffs from the product.
- Inclusive of all the gifts or bonus items (if applicable).
- Follow the same packaging procedures at the time you received the product. The package should not affect the dimension, shape or damage the products.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges and taxes.
We have the rights to refuse your request if any of the conditions above is not satisfied.
In case the product that you receive does not match in the order, or have any defects, please contact us as soon as possible. We can opt for a replacement product or a full refund for the order. Moreover, please deliver the mistaken/defective product back to us (with 6 conditions stated above), however the shipping cost will be on Chuyentactical Vietnam.
All sales of products under our "Specials" category are FINAL sales and returns are not accepted.
While all our clients and their orders are very important to us, we reserve the right to cancel any order (and refund the full cost) at our discretion.
We offer one (1) year limited warranty in Vietnam (starting from the order date on Chuyentactical’s system) for manufacturing defects in components, zippers, buckles, etc.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors, meterials and buckles over extended time and use.
For overseas customers not located in Vietnam, we understand that the repair and two-way shipping cost is really expensive. Therefore we apply full refund/replacement for products with defects that affect usability.
Moreover, we are pleased to help overseas customers repair the defects of our products on your own. Each defect of every component will have different repair procedures, thus please do not hesitate to contact us directly via Facebook/Instagram to receive instant assistance from Chuyentactical.
Please note that our products are made up of many intricate details. Most of them come from different suppliers. Each part of the bag is made with different methods and machines, sometimes a bag is not assembled end-to-end by a factory. We therefore allow errors within acceptable limits, based on a step-by-step list for final quality review. If the error does not affect the intended use or the balance of the bag, it will not be considered a defect.
Besides, when the product is damaged during use, the defects on the product will be handled in different solutions depending on the damaged part. Please contact us directly to get the appropriate assistance for your case.
