New swift Access: Say goodbye to the tell-tale rip of velcro, especially in quiet environments. This new zippered closure ensures silent and swift access to your essentials, providing both convenience and discretion.
Efficient design: taking full advantage of all the space inside and out. It has 2 main compartments with zippers and a bottom compartment where you can store a water bottle, tripod or an umbrella.
Flexible usage position: front chest, back, hip; can wear the bag standing or tilted; use and access quickly even when walking, driving a car, driving a motorbike, standing or sitting.
The front panel now flows seamlessly into the overall design, matching the color of the bag, creating a cleaner and more seamless look.
Improved handle: wider and repositioned for optimal balance, hand-carrying the bag provides a more comfortable and stable experience.
High-contrast interior compartment helps you not miss small accessories even in low light conditions.
As advertised! 💪
I've owned quite a few slings over the years, and the CT5 has quickly become my favorite.
I ordered the Chestnut waxed canvas version, and the quality immediately stood out. The waxed canvas has a great feel, the orange interior makes finding gear easy, and the stitching and construction are excellent. It feels like a bag that's built to be used rather than babied.
The organization is what really sold me. I carry a notebook, pen, power bank, cables, sunglasses, wallet, keys, medications, and a few everyday essentials, and everything has its place without the bag feeling cluttered. It also has enough flexibility that I can reconfigure it depending on whether I'm headed to a coffee shop, traveling, or just running errands.
The modularity is another huge plus. I upgraded to the CT MOD sling and appreciate being able to swap straps instead of having one permanently sewn on. The exterior loop fields also let me personalize the bag with patches or swap them out for accessory panels when I need extra storage.
The more I use it, the more thoughtful little design choices I notice. The orange lining, durable materials, comfortable carry, and practical layout make it feel like it was designed by people who actually use their gear.
It's also surprisingly versatile. It doesn't look overly tactical, but it's rugged enough for travel while still fitting in at a coffee shop or around town.
This has honestly become the centerpiece of my everyday carry, and after using it I'm already planning to add one of CTactical's backpacks to my travel kit.
Highly recommended.
Material is fantastic. Perfect size for my stuff. Great to be able to carry a water bottle as well.
The bag was just as picture and described. The CT5 isn’t too big and not too small. Slightly tight squeeze with the pockets but that’s what I wanted. Everything has a place
